The flowers were great and very fresh, although the final bouquet was not cat friendly despite the described bouquet being that way. Additionally, the flowers came late in the day (after 5:00pm) but it was very easy to change the address due to this later time. ---- Florist's Response: Hi Mr. Powers, Thank you so much for your positive comments about the arrangement — I truly appreciate your support. I sincerely apologize for the substitution of lilies instead of orchids. Unfortunately, orchids were unavailable from our wholesaler at the time. As noted on our website, substitutions may occur to ensure freshness and quality, but I completely understand your concern, especially regarding pet safety. I also apologize for the delivery arriving after 5 PM. While traffic delays can sometimes occur, we always strive to deliver as timely as possible. Your satisfaction is very important to me.
